(承接电影《2002少年赌圣》)美国赌王柳长空赌遍美洲无敌手後，有心回亚洲发展，岂料亚洲赌王洪震天自从三个月前办了一场赌王大赛，却输给了十四岁的少年高俊以後，便与女儿退隐江湖，将旗下赌场交给红姐打理。赢得赌赛的高俊因答允奶奶不再赌钱，便隐姓埋名很少露面。柳长空找不到洪震天，先打败了红姐，又找到高俊的师父达叔与搭档周星星，但高俊始终行踪沓然。周星星为了躲避柳长空，只好逃亡。被在夜总会工作的杜娟所救，杜娟见他酷似自己死去的儿子，便收留了他。 义仁是柳长空手下的一流杀手，自从三年前误杀杜娟的儿子，心中愧咎，便到杜娟工作的夜总会当打手好照顾她，也开始厌倦了黑道生涯，夜里便带上黑面具破坏黑道的行动，成为传闻中的“黑侠”。 柳长空发现义仁对他阳奉阴违，藏匿周星星，将杜娟抓走，强迫义仁去抓高俊。高俊此时也收到周星星的求救，赶来相助，与义仁大战一场，并与柳长空一较赌技，柳长空虽然有他心通的特异功能，却被高俊反向利用，赢了赌局。 我的话 这部电影模仿的痕迹很明显，但手法又很拙劣。片名《黑侠vs赌圣》是李连杰《黑侠》和周星驰《赌圣》系列的合体。肥仔周星星和“达叔”是模仿当年小龙的老搭档郝劭文和吴孟达。《笑林小子》中郝劭文的外号就是周星驰，五、六岁的孩子装色鬼还挺可爱、挺有喜感，片中的肥仔十多岁还色眯眯，就只有下流恶心了。 这部片子小龙虽是主演，但出场并不长，只有开头一点点和最後13分钟，其他时候都是那个恶心的胖子晃来晃去。比较有看头的，就是小龙和黑侠(义仁)的对决，但是也只有一分钟左右。扮演黑侠的史洪波外型不错，看得出很能打。下图是他俩开打前的起手式(就是各自摆POSE)，瞧小龙的马步扎得多低、多稳。 第一张海报上c小龙平分秋色的那一位并非黑侠，而是柳长空手下的另一位杀手冷血。这位演员释行宇大有来头，和小龙一样是少林弟子，而且是真的出家人，不像小龙只是俗家弟子。不过大概因为长得凶恶，常演黑道人物，小龙的另一部电视电影《黑道少林》也有他。不过释行宇和释小龙两位少林弟子的对决没有小龙和黑侠的有看头，动作设计太差。本片的动作指导就是饰演达叔的冯克安，周星驰电影《功夫》中的地残就是他。他的妹妹就是有名的大美女冯宝宝，冯宝宝当年在台湾华视拍了《西施》《杨贵妃》在香港拍了《武则天》，都是经典之作。虽然释小龙、释行宇、史洪波三个人都很能打，但是能打也不一定能拍好动作片。 饰演柳长空的林威是香港很资深的演员，演技很好(偶觉得比《少年赌圣》的徐少强好)。上图是他和高俊较量赌技前，皮笑肉不笑。 我自己看片时是先看结局，看到小龙坐在赌桌前下注，心里很不能接受，虽然这不是小龙的第一个赌片，他六岁时就演了《街头赌圣》，但那时年纪小，只有可爱。小龙的萤幕上一直保持正直的形像，这次就像学坏了。 亮出底牌，赢了。 这片虽然是动作片、喜剧片、赌片的合体，但是没有一样称得上水准。

A true story of a family and town's effort to save a beloved and heroic dog named Semper Fi.
