剧情：
靠多年海上走私起家的周氏股东集团，因总经理周志成贪赃枉法而濒临倒闭。家族领头人、当年黑道上声名显赫的龙叔决定以周涛取代周志成。不料他的嫂子李月梅决意不让小儿子周涛接手周氏企业。企图挽救败局的周志成唆使李月梅的长子周海抢夺秦始皇用过的剑。龙叔不许周海再走黑道，而让周海说服他的义妹小玉去接近长她20多岁的财神爷——南投老总。周海不愿遵命，决定伙同周志成，背着龙叔，诱骗盗墓大贼宋梁成交宝剑，换取黑钱。结果，他们夺剑未遂却遭遇枪战，一神秘白衣人救了周海，周志成则中弹毙命。
负责此案的女警察姜倩与周涛邂逅，很快堕入爱河，但很快痛苦地得知周涛是周氏家族的主要成员。为了获得起死回生的资金，龙叔狠心拆散了周海的亲妹妹琦琦与歌手麦子的生死恋情。暗恋周涛的小玉主动接受了龙叔的安排，为周涛获得了第一期500万的资金，但此时周氏集团因负债太多而被银行查封，周海决定再次夺剑换钱拯救家族。偏偏这时海外黑社会松竹帮首领章柄辉自天而降约周家见面，龙叔犹豫了。
